We’ll schedule a consultation and begin supporting your organization to become a TA Recipient.

Are you are eligible to apply?

The Technical Assistance (TA) Recipient Eligibility Application is intended to enable entities that meet DHCS eligibility criteria to access TA resources that can help strengthen their capacity to provide high quality Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) services for Medi-Cal members.

Eligible entity types include:

  • Community Based Organization (CBO).
  • County, City, or Local Government Agency.
  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
  • Tribes and Indian Health Care Providers.
  • Providers (including but not limited to hospitals and provider organizations and health related startups).
  • Others as approved by DHCS.

If you are an eligible entity type, as defined above, you must also meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Contracted with a Managed Care Plan (MCP) or other entity to provide ECM/Community Support services.
  • Planning to Contract with an MCP or other entity to provide ECM/Community Support services or actively exploring that possibility with an MCP or other entity.
  • Approved by DHCS to receive TA.
