Statement on Recent Online Comments
We are aware of recent online comments that have misrepresented My Baby My Way Foundation and our hiring process. We want to take this opportunity to provide accurate information and clarify any misunderstandings.
- Legitimacy: My Baby My Way Foundation is a legally registered nonprofit organization in good standing. We operate with verified partnerships in healthcare, education, and workforce development.
- Hiring Process: Candidates for employment go through a multi-step hiring process that includes application review, interviews, onboarding, and submission of proper employment documentation. No sensitive personal information (such as a Social Security Number) is collected until the candidate has been formally moved into onboarding.
- Use of W-9 Forms: Any W-9 forms provided to candidates are solely for processing external incentive payments funded by our partners. These incentives are separate from payroll wages and are not issued by My Baby My Way Foundation itself. Payroll for employees is processed through our internal payroll system and complies with all employment laws.
- Mission and Purpose: Claims that the Foundation operates as a “fake clinic” or engages in any activity outside of its stated mission are categorically false. We are a maternal health and family support nonprofit focused on improving community health outcomes, particularly for underserved populations.
We take transparency seriously. If anyone has questions or concerns about our organization, we encourage them to contact us directly at: info@mybabymyway.org.
